In April 2002, Joe Cilinceon decided that he no longer had the time or resources to run his esteemed site, New Dawn Micro. Immediately I and several others offered to host the site, and he divided it among us. I got custody of his amazing effects tutorials, which are exceptionally simple while showing advanced effects.
